Ragtang is a crazy new dance fitness workout using funky Charleston, Swing, Ragtime and Tango music. It is easy to follow, upbeat and fun and is suitable for all ages and levels.
Each routine is carefully designed to work all major muscle groups – so that the class is not only a cardio workout but it also provides completely balanced muscular toning.
The class is a drop in class so you can just come along whenever you can make it.
