This class is for beginners.
The class will begin with a warm up consisting of simple moves that are developed gradually with changes of direction and style. It will be a consistent series of steps to warm muscles and build heart rate (low impact). Then there will be a dance stretch and a routine which will stay the same throughout the course, with additions each week when the class is ready to learn more. When students are ready to graduate from this class they can move on to the Hip Hop/Street on Fridays for more of a choreographic challenge!
The courses run for 6 classes and each new course includes a new routine. The class is at 8pm on Tuesdays at Phase One on the Upper Bristol Road and is £30per course.
